Return & Refund Policy
All items are made to order specifically for each customer.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
Send an email to wearhalfsaid@gmail.com with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- photos of the product
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
According to EU consumer law, customers normally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products. Since all items are printed on demand specifically for each order, they are exempt from this rule.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.
